Shipping Charges
A flat-rate shipping fee is applied to all orders. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for eligible orders.
Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:
You received the wrong item.
The product arrived damaged.
The product is defective.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused.
Be in its original packaging.
Have all original tags attached.
Be accompanied by the original purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized resin products.
Personal care items.
Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by our support team.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
